In un mondo di proposte di colore per allontanarsi dallo schema tradizionale del monocolore chiaro, l’idea di un bagno blu e legno è un compromesso piuttosto comodo.
Il Fascino del Blu e del Legno
La prima ragione è che questo schema funziona particolarmente bene su una base bianca. La seconda ragione è che l’ampia gamma di tonalità del blu e le altrettante numerose varianti di essenze del legno, permettono di modulare combinazioni adatte a ogni stile.
L’idea del legno come elemento di una palette si presta a diverse interpretazioni perché è adatto sia come finitura della zona lavabo, sia per i rivestimenti delle pareti e del pavimento. In genere è a partire da questi elementi che si compone lo schema per questa idea di decorazione.
Abbinamenti e Combinazioni
Un mobile in legno potrà essere completato con un piano blu, così come la presenza di un parquet richiama il colore sulle pareti. Meglio evitare contrasti troppo forti: la saturazione e la profondità delle tinte scelte per legno e blu in bagno devono andare di pari passo per non lasciare che una delle due possa venire schiacciata.
Non va dimenticato il contributo del bianco, anche perché gli elementi in ceramica hanno un ruolo fondamentale: la sua presenza permette di alleggerire la palette, una scelta che dovrebbe considerare chi pensa a un ambiente luminoso.

L’alternativa è la scelta di un’essenza particolarmente chiara abbinata a una tonalità di blu quasi rarefatta, come il carta da zucchero, per un effetto quasi monocromatico, ma con maggiore personalità rispetto a un semplice total white o una composizione di soli toni neutri. A questo schema principale costruito soprattutto su pareti, piastrelle e rivestimenti, si possono aggiungere dettagli pensati principalmente per costruire sovrapposizioni tra legno e blu. Piccoli arredi come gli sgabelli possono aiutare a espandere la presenza del legno oltre al pavimento.
